DG Climate Action of the European Commission has opened a Public Consultation on the Establishment of the Innovation Fund that addresses future public support to advanced biofuels and other emerging low-carbon technologies. The Alternative and Renewable Transport (ART) Fuel Forum, consisting of members that are directly affected stakeholders, recognizes financing as one of its main strategic areas in which the Forum intends to give policy recommendations. Thus, the coordination team of the ART Fuels Forum has contributed to this consultation in a twofold way; has drafted a Position Paper on the Establishment of the Innovation Fund and has also replied to the questions of the Public Consultation.
