Adopted Delegated Act regarding the determination of high indirect land-use change-risk feedstock and relevant texts

European Commission has adopted the Delegated Act regarding the determination of high indirect land-use change-risk feedstock, as well as relevant texts. Starting as of now and in accordance with the procedure of adopting Delegated Acts, the Parliament and the Council have a 2 months period to reject (and present accompanying argumentation) or accept the final draft issued by the EC. In the former case, the Delegated Act (DA) adopted by the EC will be rejected. In the latter case, the DA will come into effect.
